Detox Me!

So you had an ionic foot bath or, you've contemplated having one? What is it exactly and what should I expect? The fact is, ionic foot baths remove toxins from the body through the many large pores in the soles of the feet. Many clients are freaked out by the water color changes, but all report feeling "better" after the experience.

As any one would guess this is a fairly new experience and some skeptics have had their opinion. We aren't concerned about skeptics as much as we are concerned about what our clients have experienced. So please Chime in ~ Sound off!

Here's a lead in... " Had a foot bath and it was.........." or "I thought about it, but..."

Any response is welcome. Who knows, you may learn something new from someoneelse's experience!

Until Next Time... Be well~

I'm taking my supplements now what?

Hello to all who are a member of the YHP family of clients!
If you have gotten a BioMeridian Scan or a Hair Tissue Analysis, you are definitely taking some kind of supplemental regimen to get your body back into balance. The question of whether you see any changes will depend on your compliance with your personal recommendation. Most clients seem to be doing well. Some complain about the number of pills, still others mention cost. The truth is, preventative medicine is far less expensive that letting issues progress to the stage of ICU hospital care, expensive drugs that do more harm than good or worse, hospice care. I, personally take notice to all of these "chirps' and do care about what you all care about. Results! So please share your experience to help strengthen those who are just beginning. In turn, I will address any and all posts as needed, and you will have caused another to gain confidence in their personal process.

Until Next Time ... Be well.

Some questions:

1. How long have you been on a supplement regimen? What changes have you noticed?

2. How did you come to the understanding that you needed an alternative approach to health care.

The Journey of Self

The thought of relinquishing the old habit of giving our power over to an allopathic physician is a scary one. To make such a profound decision we had to admit a level of dissatisfaction with the status quo. After all, who are we to disagree, challenge or even question the resolve of the one whom we entrust our care - our child's care, those we love the most?

The fact is, as we age we become more self aware. We become aware of our new found limitations, dislikes, preferences and need for change. This transformation allows us to question who we are and who others are in relationship to our survival and quality of life. We weed out the clutter and clamber of those things, habits, people and ways of thinking that has brought us to this moment. The things that work stay! The things that don't propel us forward have to go! For those of us who have embraced our new way of looking at life and health, we have become empowered in our quest to be free of the things that don't work. If you have embarked on a new way of being responsible for your health, you are on this journeys. You are empowered, yet apprehensive, resolved yet leery of the unexpected. Take heart! You are not alone!

This blog was created for those who have taken the journey to sound off! Talk about where you are and where you plan to be. Healing, health is a mind, body, spirit connection. Healing requires the incorporation of thoughts and feelings. So sound off and let this component of healing begin.
